Full Moon Illumination & 2022 Reflection

This last Full Moon in 2022, known as the Cold Moon, offers a sense of adventure, attitude and enhanced communication. It’s a time of reflection and awareness.

Whether this is your first Full Moon Illumination with Kirtan or you have been to several, we will take time to review our intentions for this past year and enjoy what we were able to accomplish. Acknowledging all of the magic that happened this year with conscious awareness can help us to carry this forward with even greater intention into 2023.

As we reflect on the abundant aspects of this past year, we play with the communicative energies of this phase and can consciously consider our connections and communication towards both ourselves and others and how we would like this to manifest into 2023.

Choosing to work with this affirmation for the month of December presents the opportunity to change our interactions completely. We have the ability to choose new ways of being this season. Think about what you want to say and how. This is not limited to talking to others, self talk can change too! Now is not a time to casually show up - it's a time to consciously create new connections, celebrations and call in new ways of being. 

Join us on December 7th at 7:30pm CT to harness the energies of this time and to celebrate 2022 in community! Kirtan will lead our journey as we meditate, move, share and seal it all with a Reiki-infused sound healing. Participate IN PERSON at Shuniya Yoga Collective or ONLINE from the comfort of your home.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster). Paper will be provided for dreams and intentions.
