Family Yoga w/ Onkar

Join us for a Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class for Families.  

Come & enjoy class & have your child (of any age) be in the the group energy.  Your child's (or childrens') participation is not required.  We believe that being in the healing space allows them to experience you & others using yoga & mediation to help ease stress, establish peace & navigate life.  Children learn everything from us, so being able to expose them early on in this practice is encouraged.

Please bring any water, snacks or toys that might be needed to hold attention of your lil ones in class.

$25 for 1 adult & 1 child

$10 per additional adult or child
