Fall Equinox: Yoga Nidra Soundscape

Be held in the liminal space of the Fall Equinox! Fall is a time of being in between, of slowing down and turning inward. While life keeps going, give yourself this pocket of rest to honor the turning of the seasons and your body’s need to reset and recalibrate to the outer changes.

We will open with a few grounding yin yoga poses, and then all you need to do is lie down, inviting your body to deeply rest as you journey into a tranquil meditative state, immersed in a soothing soundscape including traditional sequences with a set of 7 Himalayan Singing bowls, drum, chimes and ethereal vocals.
