The Fall Equinox is an invitation to come into alignment with the cycles of Light and circular nature of the seasons. This time can offer an opportunity to accept what is changing without resistance or judgement. What will the next season bring for you if you simply let go and be bathed in our Sanctaury of Sound?

Sink into the spaciousness of your heart as you are guided on a meditative journey accompanied with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, flute and the gong to assist with restoring balance and wholeness within. The sound vibrations can clear and uplift our consciousness and enhance our meditative experience.

Join Janice "Harimandir" for this special experience, as we celebrate the turn of the season, the equal balance of light and dark and invite deeper balance within.

Yoga Nidra, the "sleep of the yogi," is a healing experience that can lead to physical, spiritual and psychological transformation. We will explore the different koshas, or sheaths of consciousness, starting with the physical body and then moving into deeper explorations of feelings, emotions, thoughts and beliefs. Yoga Nidra helps desensitize negative body sensations and beliefs, opening the participant to experience joy and wellbeing. Yoga Nidra can lead to profound relaxation, release from chronic stress, resolution for many of life’s conflicts, and create harmony in daily life. It is also an effective approach to overcoming trauma and for healing PTSD.  This practice is suitable for all ages and physical conditions. The only requirement is to listen and feel.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster).
