Turning our attention inward while stilling the mind and body with breath and sound will allow us insight into our connection with Divine Life which is within and behind all existence.

As we move forward into the Age of Aquarius, the veil between earth life and spirit is becoming thinner and thinner. During this transitional time, we are learning how to refine our form, identity and presence to become truly multidimensional.

Our evening will consist of breathwork, meditation, gentle movement and healing sounds complete with crystal bowls, gongs and chanting to assist in aligning our energies with that of the universe to elevate ourselves and the collective consciousness.
