In these virtual sessions, Janet utilizes the Reiki energy (Life Force, Universe, Chi) to clear dense energies and stresses, balance your chakras, uplift your psyche, release deep emotions, and connect you deeper to your own spirituality and consciousness. Theta Healing puts you into a deep relaxed state as we reprogram limiting and outdated belief systems to higher, updated, and more ideal ways of thinking. All you need to do is make yourself comfortable and receive what is in your highest and best.

This is a crystal of ease and easeful transitions and transformation. It helps us to gently jump into our next rightful timelines and cycles in our lives with a light loving reassuring touch. It’s an otherworldly crystal while also very salt of the earth grounding. It’s a frequency that’ll help you tune into the now moment and bring more presence and awareness to your life. It clears brain fog and brings more mental clarity. Labradorite eases the heart and gut with a gentle easeful approach. It’s a mystical stone and can elevate you into a greater inner joy while also bringing sparks of happiness to your spirit. It’s a gentle yet high vibrating crystal that you can easily wear all the time and have large chunks surrounding you to protect you, hug you, and guide you every step of the way.

When you invoke a crystal or a crystal is near you, you automatically become attuned and entrained to that crystal’s frequency and it’s beneficial properties.  

This is why we’ve created this special series called Crystallizing You - we believe in the power and wisdom of our ancient crystals and how they can help you in all the ways you’re ready for in your life.  Now more than ever let’s allow earth’s ancient gate keepers, our crystals, to bring us all the healing we could possibly need to restore us back into harmony and health.  

The more you work with crystals the more you will actually hear them speak to you, feel them working with you, and you will have a deep connection with nature and your life in an entirely new way!  In each session we will invoke a new crystal revealed by our Guides that will be of most benefit to you and our Shuniya group. It’s not necessary to have the actual crystal to work with during our sessions because we will invoke them and they will work with you automatically. However, if you do have the crystal then it will only heighten your experience.
