Create 2023: Vision Board Workshop

Join us for our annual Vision Board Workshop to discover how and why Vision Boards work, discuss ideas for putting together this visual map of the places you want to go this year and create your board. We will first clear away doubts, fears, blockages, and stale habits with meditation and movement, while elevating our frequency and accessing our inner guidance.  From this space, we will help you organize your board.   

Consider a variety of areas that speak to your heart and pick words, pictures and feelings associated with your intention. Bring poster board, markers, pictures and magazines to share. With this creative atmosphere your goals will be energized and supported. Spend an afternoon having fun and dreaming with others interested in personal growth.

This is your year to connect with your heartfelt desires, get clear about where you want to go, how you want to feel, and set the goals you want to achieve. Vision Boards are fun and creative ways to open your heart and mind to move into action and make 2023 the best year of your life!

Join Kirtan at Shuniya Yoga Collective as we embark on this powerful path toward consciously creating the vision of our dreams!

In the workshop we will:

*Understand the significance in creating a Vision Board and why it works

*Learn how to apply Feng Shui techniques to the board to create a doorway from the unseen to the seen

*Meditate and move to bring forth enhanced clarity and creativity

*Put your board together and share your dreams and goals

Bring magazines, photographs, printed pictures or quotes that show where you are guided to go. Add your own flair with stickers, markers and other creative tools.  Allow this process to flow easily by starting now to gather a folder of images and words or phrases that inspire you. Please bring any props you need to support your practice, as well - we recommend a yoga mat, blanket and/or bolster.

We will provide 1 poster board for each attendee, plus glue sticks, scissors and markers to share. If you'd like a specific size or thickness of poster board, you are welcome to bring your own!
