During this workshop, Scott and Sydney will share ways to nurture the best in your relationship and how to grow together in sacred union and connection. Each couple will have their own dedicated space (6' from others) with a cacao set-up carefully prepared with love and your health in mind. If you are joining us online, you will be provided with a recipe to prepare the cacao drink to enjoy with us.

Cacao is known as the ultimate heart-opener, helping you to connect with yourself and others in a deeper way. It also embodies many health benefits including increasing blood flow to the brain, cleansing the liver, providing an immunity boost and is rich in vitamins and minerals.  Enjoying cacao with intention can heighten meditation and re-balance the energies within us.

Scott & Sydney have been together for nearly a decade and have studied the mind, metaphysics, personal growth and Kundalini Yoga. They have applied many techniques to deepen their connection and the health of their relationship and they’re excited to share tools that’ll work to nurture the best in your relationship in the very act of nurturing and growing together in sacred union and connection. They are passionate about holding space for couples to experience that sweetness, that beauty and those greater depths that are available for everyone.
