Sirgun & Vedya will lead us through:
*Breathing / Pranayama
*Core strength & weight-bearing movement
*Flexibility excersises especially for feet & hands
*Brain stimulation movement patterns
*Meditation & Deep Relaxation with singing bowls & gongs
You will learn how to:
*Slow down aging process
*Lubricate joints for flexibility & pain relief
*Weight bearing practices for Osteoporosis prevention & strong bones
*Build core strength to support healthy posture
*Relieve stress through gentle movement & meditation
We welcome beginners, as well as seasoned yogis who want to slow life down.
We will end with tea & conversation! Come alone. You will make friends here. Or, bring a friend so you can practice together. All are welcome!
