Guru Karam (Laura) Benton is a long-time yoga practitioner, teacher & teacher trainer. She is the lead trainer for KRI, leading & participating in both Level 1 & Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainings. In addition, she loves to play & teach the gong & helps to facilitate Gong Trainings worldwide with her husband, Mehtab.
