About the Event

Kick off your Sunday morning with fresh air, mindful movement, meditation and sound healing followed by healthy eats at Spread & Co.!

Shuniya Yoga Collective and Spread have teamed up for another neighborhood collaboration to bring you this delectable Sunday morning experience on Spread & Co.'s covered patio, equipped with fans and open air.  We have limited spots, so sign up early!

Brooke Binstock, a yoga & meditation teacher at Shuniya Yoga Collective, will led us through a 60 minute meditative flow, followed by a relaxing gong bath, led by Shuniya Yoga teacher and vibrational sound healer, Dr. Cass Naumann.   

The ticket price includes your choice of Spread & Co.'s specially curated breakfast items to indulge in after class - enjoy at Spread & Co. or take to-go!  Breakfast includes gluten free and vegan options (see below for full description - choose when you purchase ticket).

Brooke Binstock:

Brooke is a healer in many realms.  In addition to teaching yoga and meditation, she is a Licensed Social Worker currently accruing hours toward her LCSW, a Licensed Massage Therapist and a writer.  She is dedicated to cultivating a nonjudgmental approach to being human. Her teaching style is warm, grounded, compassionate, intuitive and body-centered. She encourages her clients and students to come home to themselves in a gentle, spacious and loving way.   Find out more at

Dr. Cass Naumann:

Cass has a Doctorate in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine, with an honors concentration in Integrative Medicine: Qigong and the effects of Vibrational Healing. She is also a certified Asian bodyworker, a Reiki master/teacher, and a certified Yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching various styles of Yoga, Tai Qi, Qigong, meditation and holistic lifestyle principles.

Cheesy Egg Toast: Soft scrambled eggs, topped with Gruyere and chives

Ricotta Toast: Whipped ricotta, honey, nutty granola, seasonal fruit, mint

Avocado Toast (vegan): Smashed avocado, radish, pistachio dukkah

*choose from brioche, sourdough or gluten free bread
