August's Circle Intention: Stepping Into Authenticity + Supporting The Mona Foundation charity

Join us for our August Women's Circle at Shuniya Yoga Collective!  This month we will hold this circle on Zoom Only, as Onkar will be out of town on a family vacation.

Onkar will lead us in a special afternoon to enhance grace, acceptance and finding our voices. Truly finding oneself takes great courage to see beyond the illusion of the ego, the body and personalities. Stepping into our authenticity is where our true peace, happiness and joy lies.

Our August circle will include:

***Introductions & Sharing (for those who are called)

***Tea Ceremony

***Special Meditation to strengthen our connection to our authentic self

***Journaling

To participate in the tea ceremony, please come to the circle with a hot cup of tea, which we will bless and enjoy together.   Also, please have a journal or paper and a pen handy.

*ONLINE - $20 per person

*A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Mona Foundation - supporting grassroots educational initiatives that provide education to all children, increase opportunities for women and girls and emphasize service to the community.
