Aquarian Women's Circle

Join us Sunday the 28th for our June Women's Circle at Shuniya Yoga Collective!  You will have the option of joining us IN-PERSON at the studio (with proper spacing) or ONLINE.  

This month, the circle will be centered around FORGIVENESS.As we prepare to gather together, please consider these 3 Steps to Forgiveness:

Step 1: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT that the challenge, problem or resistance exists

Step 2: ACCEPTANCE of the challenge we're presented with.  As uncomfortable as it may feel, sitting and accepting is one of the most profound steps.  It is from this accepting space that we are led into a state of grievance.

Step 3: GRIEF of letting go of whatever we have experienced.  We must let go before we forgive.  It doesn't mean we forget, condone or even excuse the problem, it means that we release the hold it has on us.  This kind of release enables us to free up space within our hearts to forgive.  There is no time limit to grieving, go at your own pace in your own way.  It is our willingness to go through this grief that opens the gate to forgiveness.

***Special Meditation to open ourselves up for acknowledging what we need to forgive

***Healing Gong Bath

***Journaling

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen.
