About the Event

Treat yourself to the ultimate self care experience of a Shuniya Yoga Collective Day Retreat in a luscious landscape of nature, community, mindfulness and FUN - all while being in the heart of Austin!

In this luxurious, private home (just 5 miles from the studio), Shuniya Yoga teachers, Janice Samuelson and Mimi Daraa, will be joined by botanical curator and herbalist, Morgan Zator, to bring you a day of rooted connection to yourself, your community and Mother Nature.

As we invoke the transformative power of our Earth's treasures, we will unplug from the distractions of the day-to-day and be reminded of our true nature. This experience will cultivate rejuvenation, renewal and bliss from within.

Intention setting, Kundalini Yoga, Palo Santo cleansing, breathwork, an apothecary immersion, singing bowls, a nourishing healthy lunch and more will draw inspiration from the very heart of nature for integration in its purest form. As we connect with the Earth's elements through these practices and self care rituals, we will deepen our alignment to our higher Self, open creative channels and refresh our spirits.

Join us as we create sacred space to weave nature's gifts through movement, sound, mantra, deep relaxation and most importantly, letting go and having fun! All are welcome and no prior experience is necessary.
