Class Description
The focus of this class is to move the body as preparation to go into a deeper practice of meditation. In this class learn how to gradually move and master the energy within, and you will leave feeling connected, aligned and inspired! Every week a new theme and traditional meditation kriyas will be shared. This complete yoga class includes: yoga poses, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Recommended Props: a blanket, a bolster and two blocks. This class will be live-streamed from the studio, as well.
