🌱 Meditative Yoga + Sound - FDOY

Class Description

Meditative yoga begins with a pranayam or breath exercise and Hatha yoga warm up. The main portion of the class is usually a Kriya from Kundalini Yoga with modified poses to suit your body. We practice group meditation and end with a gong relaxation. This class will leave you feeling supported and centered.
