Class Description

Following the eight-fold path, Kundinyasa is a blend of Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, focusing on energy and meditation. Pranayama is used to prepare the physical body and a short vinyasa practice is used to enhance the meditation experience with a deep relaxation to integrate it all. Modifications will be given for all levels. This class will be live-streamed from Shuniya! A limited number of spots will be available for in-person practice inside the studio with distancing.
