Join your Shuniya Yoga soul sisters for a gathering rooted in aligning with your inner voice, breath, and divine feminine creative energy!
Our November Circle will include raw conversation, creative rituals, and authentic sharing to explore your connection to your inner wisdom and personal desires. Learn how to listen to your inner voice and practice daily rituals to cultivate a creative and embodied life.
Your guide, Melissa Abdine, will take you on a self exploration journey using journal prompts, oracle cards, movement, writing, creative play, hypnosis, breathwork and sound healing. There will be space to set intention and to share with the circle.
