Full Moon Illumination

The Full Moon phase is the peak; where everything comes to fruition. From this vantage point we can see where we have been, let go of control in any area of life that isn’t in flow, let down resistance and begin anew with clarity and a refreshed spirit. Allow the energy of the Full Moon to support your journey wherever you are, as we gather together (either IN PERSON or ONLINE). Our collective impacts are powerful - as we set intentions for our individual goals, we also set our vision for the world.

The October Full Moon energy calls for reflection on balance in our lives. Polarities are always in play. What contrasts do we notice and how do they affect our relationships and quality of our daily life? We will practice yoga and group meditation to help find clarity in relation to the state of equilibrium. A reiki-infused sound bath will follow with the gong, crystal bowls and chimes to support this integration.

Our October practice, led by Kirtan, will include:

Rituals are conscious and deliberate actions that renew our consistency and mindfulness within our life. Taking time to create a monthly check-in can be helpful with maintaining goals, plans and self-connection. Joining with others to celebrate creates joy and community. Take a monthly date with yourself.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster). Paper will be provided for dreams and intentions.
